Mitsugo (2010)

Hana, Tsuki and Yume are identical triplet sisters. Each of them had been living on their own, but one day Yume collapses from an unknown illness and falls into a coma. Tsuki decides to take care of her sister in the hospital, and gives up her job. Now Tsuki spends most of the time beside Yume and rarely leaves her alone. One night, Hana visits the hospital. She talks to Tsuki about what they should do with Yume, who no longer has any chance of recovery. Tsuki is at a loss what to do. Then, Yume suddenly wakes up and joins her sisters.
