Why Again? (2011)

Remember back in August 2005, the country watched in horror as the Hurricane Katrina debacle unfolded before our eyes? Remember the shock that this was happening in America? One normal guy who experienced his own tragedies tried and honestly set out to find out what the hell went wrong. What he discovered was more than he bargained for or realized happened. Here we are now years later viewing Katrina as history and have moved on to the next salacious news cycle. Take a look back with us. Don't think it can't happened again. It was not that long ago.
