The Power (2015)

A woman is forced down on a man, oral sex is implied. The main characters breasts are clearly visable and seen towards the end of the movie.

Over 3 cats are murdered viciously by a satanic cult in graphic detail on screen, with one being twirled around by its tail and with it's head smashed open on the ground with blood spurting out.

A woman's heart is cut out of her chest as a sacrifice and is crying to not be killed only to have her sternum cut open with a skythe and the executioner graphically ripping out her heart then making an initiate who was the persons friend take a bite out of it (which she does on screen seconds after it was ripped out).

The "F" word is used explicitly throughout the film, used more than 30 times.
