Four large gangsters lock a woman into a holding cell and toss her onto a dirty mattress and periodically they bring her out, point a gun to her head and she cries into a video cell phone for her husband to help her.

We see a man, in several flashbacks, returning home after work at Christmastime to find his home wrecked and his wife missing; we see pools of blood and red wine cover part of the wood floors and the Christmas tree is toppled on the floor with glass ornaments shattered all over.

A teen girl opens the passenger door of a stopped vehicle and points a gun at the driver, shouting curses and telling him to get out of her car; they argue for a prolonged time and he twists her arm to remove the handgun and tosses it in the back seat.

The film contains an all-night high-speed auto race with multiple car and motorcycle crashes, a few of which end in large flames and smoke covering the width of some roadways and 100s of meters in length with many drivers presumed dead (we never see them after the accidents); other crashes end with sparks and screeching metal; a lot of swerving in and out of traffic occurs, with many vehicles nearly crashing.

A car chases an SUV into a large city park; the SUV runs up against a barrier wall and comes to a stop after the driver pushes a teen girl out and onto the pavement (she is unharmed); the car swerves to avoid hitting the girl, flips end over end, and lands beside the SUV, smoking from under the hood (the driver is grimy and shows blood on his forehead, ear and neck and a woman has blood on her forehead, cheek and lower lip; the teen girl is unharmed, but tousled).

A high-powered, armored car is chased through streets by police cars with flashing lights and sounding sirens, into a city park, through plazas and onto sidewalks, sending pedestrians shouting and running; one police car crashes (we see no bodies) and the armored car races through an outdoor shopping plaza, smashing kiosks, bringing down Christmas lights and wrecking a small stage that falls on a man (we hear that the man may be dead); the car proceeds across a skating rink, scattering skaters away and drives down stone stairs and into a street, and then crashes through a bottled water truck (glass bottles shatter) and into an ambulance, which flies end over end several times and crashes.

A car drives down an embankment and underneath highway bridges, followed by police cars through standing water; one police car floats away in higher water while a teen girl in a car leans out a window and shouts "Help! This guy is trying to kill me!" as it is driven back onto streets with the police following; the police cars crash into four parked cars and another civilian car flies end over end and crashes loudly, twisted; the first car rams a police car, which flies end over end and crashes loudly, twisted and smoking.

Police cars surround another car in a city square, but the car evades them and rushes away; police cars smash into a parked car and into a huge dump truck; the car stops, backs up between pursuing police cars and drives into a city park where it smashes kiosks as people run screaming, drives down stone stairs and into the street; one pursuing police car hits a pole and stops, while another police car crashes into a truck and stops and a third police car rushes through a park and scatters people.

A car rushes through city streets, chased by two police cars that both flip end over end, crash loudly, twist and stop as several other police vehicles take up the chase, shooting at the car with no effect (some bullet holes appear in the car's side panels later, but the occupants are uninjured) and the car drives fast through a wrought iron fence, followed by police cars, over a pile of debris and under highway bridges; two police cars hit a wall, crashing loudly and stop.

A car races through city streets at night, followed by four motorcycle riders shooting automatic weapons without effect; two cyclists ram three parked cars, twisting the cars and their cycles amid sparks while the car drives onto train tracks and another cyclist crashes into a train exploding in flames and sparks; another cyclist shoots at the car, hitting railroad workers and dropping them (no blood appears) and the car crashes through stacks of packing crates and barrels; another cyclist crashes into a train car and his cycle and the train car erupt in sparks and huge flames.

Four motorcycle riders chase a car in an abandoned parking garage and shoot automatic rifles at it; one cycle rider crashes, presumably dead after flipping end over end in sparks.

A man driving a car approaches the city power plant where his passenger enters an office and attempts to contact police but her call is intercepted; she runs out, climbs into the car and they rush away as the power plant explodes loudly, filling the screen with flames and we see the city's lights go out (a few come back on).

A car pulls into a large aircraft hangar where the driver and his passenger meet a group of men; one man shoots the driver in the shoulder blade, but with a grazing blow that only cuts through his jacket while another man kidnaps the passenger until police officers show up and hold the remaining men while the driver pursues another man.

A bank is surrounded by many parked police cars with lights flashing as a SWAT team removes a computer drive from the bank to an armored car and four motorcycle riders shoot the SWAT team, dropping them, presumably dead (no blood shows); an explosive device on the truck ignites in a small "pop" and it explodes as two men enter the truck and steal the computer drive; a car drives up fast, rams one of the thieves and sends him flying and the driver steals the computer drive.

Evading a traffic jam and rushing onto a highway, a car pursues an SUV driven by a kidnapper and other cars and SUVs follow as their passengers shoot continuously with handguns and grenade launchers; the car knocks another car away without causing much damage and two other cars ram the first car from either side while shooting grenade launchers and missing (we hear metal screeching and see sparks flying).

At a barrier and roadblock, two dozen police vehicles surround a car until the driver waves a handgun and threatens to kill his female passenger unless he is released; the police back off and the car races away.

A fired grenade flies over a large dump truck at an intersection, exploding on the ground and causing cars to nearly hit one another at the intersection.

Two cars on a highway flip end over end, landing against embankments, severely dented and smoking from the hoods.

A teen girl riding in a car says that a man on the phone in the car will probably kill her, the driver and the driver's wife.

A male voice tells another man over a cell phone that the man's wife has been kidnapped and will die, unless specific orders are followed and police are evaded.

We hear a man shout offscreen and we see a custom car race along a street.
