Killing Keith (2012)

A dark comedy about Greg Harmon, a 30-year-old entrepreneur who has gone into making his home a local coffee shop. The coffee shop has a seminal fan base which allows him consistent business, but financial trouble starts brewing when a local homeless man starts making his squatting area the front of the coffee shop, drawing away business. In his hard times, he tries to work with the police to remove the homeless man, efforts which prove fruitless. It's at this point that he goes to a mysterious regular customer, to get the job of removing the homeless man done.
