Joana Holmes is a homicide detective in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, who is haunted by the memories of her mother's brutal and untimely murder. Her partner Detective Rob Jensen is a good guy with a hero complex trying to protect Jo. When a killer leaves behind a string of murders, their lives are turned upside down.
