Night Witness (2013)

A young couple named Max and Heidi move into their new home in a small neighborhood. While unpacking, Heidi discovers small trinkets appearing to belong to a young girl in the basement of the home. Later that night, they both vanish without a trace. Close by, two roommates named Derek and Jack, hear about their disappearance from the local news company. While attending a poker night hosted by Derek's best friend Todd, another one of their close friends named Samson also vanishes without a trace, prompting Derek and Jack, along with the help of Todd, to investigate what happened. As their investigation continues, they discover strange links between Samson's disappearance and the disappearance of Max and Heidi - and an evil spirit of a young girl named Daveigh.
