Black Box is a feature length dance film about the 2012 Open Studio at the State School of Dance. In the performances shown dancers do not simply dance. They speak, sing, cry, fall in love, fall out of love. The film follows the rehearsals and performances of the following choreographies : "Appalachian Spring" by Martha Graham, "White Noise" by Costantinos Rigos, "Old Man's Dream" by Tono Lackhy, "Folly" by Christine Gouzelis & Paul Blackman, "Maria" by Alexis Fousekis, "A Hard Day's Night" by Aris Papadopoulos, "Sonata in D Minor" by Antonia Kehagia, "Stabat Mater" by Nikoletta Koutitsa, "L' Estro Armonico" by Aggeliki Potamianou.
