Benoit Brisefer is a little boy with a herculean force,except when he has a cold.He's got no parents and he can't make friends with children his age ,because he involuntary always breaks their toys,and his best friend is Jules ,the taxi driver.This modest man gets in trouble when he is in concurrence with sinister-looking Poilonez ,who manages a big taxi company. This villain wants to help himself to all the money and all the jewels of Benoit's quiet town.
