The Warehouse (2013)

Charlie is a down on his luck property developer has one last chance to save his family and livelihood by redeveloping a rundown warehouse. Run-ins with an anti-social artist squatting upstairs are raising his already elevated stress levels. Somebody is clearly trying to derail his efforts, but the artist is not the only one with a grudge against Charlie.
