Almost Crimes (2014)

Almost Crimes is the story of two young men and the decisions they are driven to make when they try to rob a South Texas cash loans office. A perennial outsider, Sam has nothing left to lose but a haunting desire to escape and leave behind his small town solitude. Jack is the town's prodigal son and Sam's closest friend so when Sam asks him for his help with the heist Jack can't refuse: their dream of running away together is one they've shared for too long. Ultimately both will have to face their feelings for each other as they realize that sometimes desire stands in the way of loyalty and that there's still many miles left to drive between the town and the city.
