Don't Look in the Basement 2 (2015)

A female doctor is showing a bit of leg as she sits with a patient.

Two hospital orderlies discuss dating a colleague. One says she must be a lesbian because she never once called him when he gave out his phone number.

A woman is hugged by a man. He gives her papers and attempts further physical contact which she rebuffs.

A female doctor flirts with her colleagues and makes a drunken phone call invitation to one of them.

A male patient enters the female doctor's office, concerned about her. He begins putting his hands on her, increasingly lower toward her breasts (no nudity). In the next scene a doctor seeking her help opens the door to find her lowering her dress (having been having sex with the patient). She begs him not to tell.

Flashback sequences show traumaed scuffles which are hard to discern.

A violent patient (male) attacks a female patient in a bathroom. She is shown as having been cut at the neck and her tongue appears to have been pulled out to remove it. Blood is seen on both patients. The male is restrained and cleaned up.

A woman cuts her throat with a fountain pen. Blood gushes from the cut mark.

A woman is seen eating intestines pulled out of a bloody man.

A male patient attacks a nurse. A male doctor injects him with a sedative.

An orderly struggles with a patient bearing a knife. The knife is slowly forced into the patient, who collapses.

A doctor operates on a woman gagged and strapped down. He is seen cutting her body and removing a piece of flesh. All at once he stabs her in the chest (to "end her suffering).

A man is pushed back onto a metal hook which penetrates his back.

Not much but at least one f-word.

One woman discusses having had several scotches to drink on the telephone.

A sedative is to be given to all patients by injection.

Some might be upset to see a woman cut her throat with a fountain pen. A bloody gash is seen.

Some might be shocked to see a woman eating bloody intestines she pulled out from a man.

Some might be shocked to see a doctor operating on a bound and gagged woman. He is seen cutting her body and then stabbing her.
