Afternoon (2014)

Afternoon begins immediately after two teens experience the life-event of losing their virginities. The film follows their awkward interactions in the subsequent hours until they part ways - the essence of their experiences being highlighted through a series of vignettes. Together, they explore the multifaceted sense of losing one's virginity: the misguided expectations, the awkwardness, the naivety and the simultaneous duality of intimacy and alienation.
