Floreana (2014)

Ambitious students Marcel and Andre travel to California's Channel Islands to investigate a mysterious environmental threat. Cut off from society and entranced by an enigmatic woman also staying on the islands, the pair find themselves physically and mentally altered by their exposure to the elements. But as one of them weakens and retreats, his companion plunges headlong towards an indescribable new consciousness in his quest for knowledge and unity.
