The Evictor (2014)

A middle-aged low-level gangster, PANHO, who evicts slum residents for a living, faces a challenge when he encounters a quiet and unresponsive little BOY in an empty house. After he fails to use the Boy to get the job done, and decides to wait in the house, he inadvertently develops friendship with the Boy through joining the Boy's lonesome cup noodle dinner, and playing a mini baseball game together in the kitchen after discovering the Boy's interest in baseball. When the Boy's FATHER returns, and ambushes Panho, Panho has to force himself to finish what he's there for in the first place.
