Doctors can't tell us exactly what is wrong with Barry Brandon's heart or why it continues to beat. Growing up class clown, few people knew Barry was sick but his heart was a proverbial time bomb. After exceeding countless life expectancy since birth, 27 year-old Barry is now in massive heart failure. He picks up a camera to monument his last days with his friends and family as he journeys to the Mayo Clinic for an experimental surgery. Although prospects of survival are grim, time in the hospital becomes a gut-busting farce between him, his mom and sister companions. With the clock ticking, Barry discovers legacy in the healing power of love and laughter and sets forth to pay-it-forward before his own time runs out.
