It is the 1930s, and two spirited young flappers are motoring back from the city when their car breaks down on a deserted road. Julie sets off for help and, finding a dilapidated building, her curiosity gets the better of her. She enters, and she finds herself in a maze of bookshelves. It is no ordinary library. The books contain peoples lives, and when she sees her own book she is tempted to open it, but should she?
