A Prayer Before Dawn (2017)

Men being brought into prison are strip searched in a large group. About two or three dozen men are shown fully naked in a room during this, with bare butts clearly visible. Pubic hair and slightly out-of-focus or shadowed penises and scrotums are also visible as the main character and other characters line up naked and do squats. Obviously lots of nudity here but not in a sexual context.

A young man is shown naked from the back while washing himself in a sink. His butt is clearly shown.

Frequent, brutal scenes of Muay Thai boxing, including knockouts and scenes where participants cough up blood.

A prisoner is set upon by executioners, and it is implied he is beaten to death; we do not actually see the carnage, but do hear this via an intercom broadcast to his fellow prisoners.

A man is compelled to beat two men in exchange for drugs; while we hear the blows, the worst we see is some blood on his neck.

A man is tattooed by his fellow prisoners; we see blood trickling down his back.

A man coughs up blood several times, and we hear in an exchange with a doctor examining him that any trauma near his stomach can potentially kill him.

A prisoner pumps out some of his blood into a needle and threatens another prisoner with it, as he states he is infected with AIDS.

A man bites a prison guard in the neck after he is refused painkillers; we see the bite in slow motion, followed by blood trickling down his face.

At least 50 uses of "fuck," as well as many milder profanities including "shit," "dick," and "bastard."

The protagonist smokes yaba, a potent form of methamphetamine, numerous times throughout the film, and is also shown smoking heroin and asking for painkillers. These are portrayed as dangerous and addictive behaviors.

Cigarettes are used as currency throughout the prison and are exchanged and smoked.

There are frequent scenes of degradation and humiliation by prisoners towards the protagonist, which may be extremely upsetting to some viewers.
