Wrong Turn (2019)

Kase and Elli are in a long term relationship. Kase soon becomes trapped in a downwards spiral of substance abuse and addiction, which consequently causes him to distance himself from the people who care about him the most. He chooses rather, to associate with those who have been the cause of this problem, which only exacerbates it. As Kase drifts further away from stability, proceeding to block Elli from his life, Elli embarks on a journey to prevent Kase from further harm and to help set his life straight - she just hopes she's not too late.
