Belleville on a Thursday night. Jacques, an old "parigot", calls SOS doctors. Dr. Minutillo rings at his door and learns that the old man is suffering from cancer in final stages. Touched, he agrees to take him on his patient tour because Jacques wants to say goodbye to his city. The hours go by, the sets change, the glasses follow one another, confidences gush - In the early morning, a different reality is emerging at the rhythm of the waking city.
