Spending a good deal of her childhood locked in that room, undergoing the torture of her parents, she used the supplies in the room and taught herself how to paint and sculpt, using the materials she had on hand. Starting her own art gallery and becoming a successful artist, she meets Gustav during one one her premieres. They begin to see each other, falling deeply in love, and eventually he convinces her that only way she will ever be free from her pain is to make her art feel the pain she feel inside, driving her to use humans as her canvas. As she starts to create these morbid human works, he tells her that the only way she will ever be truly free is to make her parents her ultimate masterpiece. Ending up in Finland at one of Gustav's oldest friends house, Miiro, a satanist that lives near the Lake Bodom. With their brief time there, Kendra Is presented a fork in her road, will she heal or will she be led down a path of utter and complete darkness?
