Road Kill (2016)

Min-cheol killed his wife and put the body in the trunk then headed for the mountains. Min-cheol's girlfriend, Mi-yeon refuses to bury the body with him and tells a hunter (detective). Min-cheol is caught between reality and fantasy. He thinks he killed an elk and not his wife.
