Long Scrabble evenings, extensive walks and everyday routines. Behind the mighty walls of the oldest enclosed convent in Poland - the Benedictine monastery in Staniatki, near Krakow - the life of the twelve nuns in their seventies does not quite correspond to the clichéd ideas of outsiders. Despite their age and the world of rapid change, they try to live every day according to the time-honoured rule "ora et labora".
