In a small town on Rhode Island called Montauk, NY is anything but normal. There are kids and teens that are left on the street being kidnapped every night by top secret US Government Agents to be used as Mind Control Test Subjects. Then One Night, They kidnapped Timothy Lee who is very shy and quiet and is taken to Camp Hero to be a Mind Control Test Subject. His Friends and Family then go on a terrifying experience to find Timothy with the help of the Police. While looking for Timothy, Peter, The Police Chief, finds his daughter who was dead for 3 years.
