The Rabbit Thief (2018)

"The Rabbit Thief" follows Apple, a lonely girl whose mother is a busy, high-ranking military official. Due to her mother's absence, Apple is forced to take care of herself and is constantly battling between becoming an adult and staying the child that she is. When she meets Paige, a woman her mother's age, the two form an unlikely friendship. But not all that glitters is gold, and soon Apple finds herself sucked into a dark underworld she may never be able to escape.
