Set entirely inside a car, They Way They See Us follows a brief season in the life of Alexis Larsen, a struggling actress who is secretly in love with her best friend. The film chronicles all the build-ups and the let-downs that happen on our drives to and from the most dramatic moments of our lives. Our cars don't always get to see what happens in between, but maybe they don't have to.
