Pregnant and Deadly (2019)

A young college student slips on her spilled smoothie and cracks her head on a kitchen counter. Dead.

A woman stops a crazy lady from driving off just to tell her that she overheard everything nefarious the lady was talking about doing in this movie and she intends to go tell the main characters on her. She then walks away, feeling proud, and is immediately run over by the crazy lady's SUV. Dead.

A woman gets walloped on the head by a comically-sized rolling pin. Then she is finished off by the crazy lady dropping a jumbo sack of flour on her head like it were an anvil.

The crazy lady strikes a man in the head with a golf club. Knocking him unconscious until just before the credits roll.

A man launches to disarm a crazy lady with a gun, but gets pimp slapped and pushed into a coffee table... Another woman tags in with a back hug and gets a gut punch for the effort before the crazy lady proceeds to choke her... But to hurry things up she reaches out toward a gun which frees the woman enough to shove Ms. Crazy through a pane glass door.
