Inside the Jogger (1978)

The film opens with a jogger (Steve Karp) working on a three-mile course around a reservoir in the Boston area. As the day progresses, the different times of day are represented by changes in his appearance, with advances in age and appearance corresponding to the passing hours of the day. We hear his innermost thoughts, which, at the beginning, are connected with advancement at work, but as the day (age) progresses, he becomes concerned with other factors - love, wealth, fear, past, present and future. This inner monologue is illustrated by flashbacks, quick cuts and other opticals.
