Teen Cop (2011)

As Teen Cop pulls himself over to call Michelle and ask her to the prom, he notices some random guys. As he questions their actions, they assault TC, and speed away. TC chases them at high speeds, dodging bullets, eventually catching and cuffing them. But he forgot to ask Michelle a question.
