El Viejo follows a 51 year old retired wrestling coach who doesn't let age derail his dreams of becoming a pro MMA fighter. Against all odds,he uses unconventional means to juggle the challenges of health, fatherhood, career and training to compete in a sport that's dominated by younger athletes.
