Start up owner, JESSICA TAYLOR is having the day of her life, as the proud creator of an app called "CrunchTyme," the self proclaimed "awkward black girl nerd" has been given the opportunity of a lifetime. In just 24 hours she has to get her team to Houston, Texas to compete for a tech competition that specializes in financing Start Up companies into the millions. Everything should be perfect if it wasn't for - her app begins to have major technical issues, her account manager goes MIA, one team member is on the brink of jumping ship as another is dealing with a personal life crisis. Her mother decides to pop up and hound her for the day as her brother tries to once again hustle money out of her. Ironically, Jessica is guarding a secret that her company has her on the brink of bankruptcy. Not to mention Jessica forgetting her old roommate arriving from out of the country, as another good friend decides to drop in as she has bridal cold feet. As Jessica and her team scramble to find their programmer in time to attend the competition, Jessica also finds herself trying to scramble to save her relationship with her longtime boyfriend Mark. If Jessica doesn't get everything together by the end of the day, both her company and her love life could disappear forever.
