Rachel Maeng Brown is the CEO and founder of GEN Agency (formerly co-founded Loot Agency). Awarded "NYC 20 in their 20s" (Crain 2021) in Entrepreneurship and Sports, she is also a former Big Ten student-athlete, Official TikTok Partner, and front-office sports staff member of The PGA Tour, USRowing (Team USA), Main Events (Boxing), Rutgers Football, and The NY Mets. Rachel leads GEN Agency, an influencer management, full-service brand campaign, viral event production, and NIL Education agency that leverages over a 66 Million+ audience. Rachel specializes in helping creators strategize their content and prospect/negotiate with brands, and helps to ensure fair compensation, speedy/on-time compensation, and more to her influencers. She established their Sports and Events verticals. Their events center on Content Houses - creator-led collaborative events to create content / ads for brands and cross-collaborate on trends in social media. Brands include local businesses like restaurants and health and wellness practices to large national financial brands. Within Sports, GEN provides education in the NIL space to Universities, Athletes, and Collectives to help student-athletes monetize their social media and ensure brands maximize their ROI. GEN brings workshops to Student-Athletes / Athletic Departments to help students better prepare themselves in the NIL space. She is working to partner with as many HBCUs as possible - most recently with Savannah State Men's Bball.
