U Jin Jo started working for organizations like the Olympics after graduating from high school. In her sophomore year of high school, she established a non-profit that expanded around the US and, in 2018, partnered with the Olympics to launch an anti-bullying campaign. She was honored for her creativity and commitment to fostering a positive cultural transformation. To build empathy and emotional intelligence, she also collaborated with Stanford's virtual reality lab to instigate empathy in human interaction which was widely recognized as a productive use of VR. She received funding from Oxford to begin her projects, and while there, she developed numerous cutting-edge consumer technology projects, including super-apps that heavily rely on data and functionalities like machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, and natural language processing. She was recognized for her undeniably creative exploration and talent for fusing technology and culture, which calls for multi-disciplinary skills and abilities. Jo is fluent in Arabic, Chinese, English, Hebrew, Korean, Russian, and Spanish.
