Jack Long

Jack Long was born June 18, 2012, to the parents of John and Shannon (Ruble) Long. He has 3 brothers, Johnny Long, Nicholas Smitko, and Stephen Nelson, and 3 Sisters, Nicollette (Long) Salazar, Brianna Smitko, and Colleen Long. Jack was born legally blind with a rare condition called Knobloch Syndrome which causes gradual to complete vision loss as time progresses. He still has some vision at this time and hopes to raise awareness for others that no matter your "different-ability," you should always follow your goals and dreams. Due to his condition and being limited to sports activities, he decided to give modeling and acting a try, and he absolutely loves it. He is a straight A's High Honor Roll Student with a big heart and a fantastic sense of humor! He's known to many for his sense of humor and for being the life of the party. He hopes to entertain you for years to come with many different roles.
