Devendra Malviya

Devendra Malviya was born 20 august 1978 in Dedtalai, Madhya Pradesh, India, a science graduate pursued his passion of filmmaking, screen writing and poetry. Devendra Malviya is also the advisor of Central Board Film Certification ( CBFC) of India. Devendra Malviya written, directed and produced his first feature film 2020-DEHLI in 2022, this film is first indian social thriller shot on one single sequence shot with no visible cuts. This fiction movie is inspired by true events during the Delhi riots in 2020 after passing citizen amendment bill (CAB) in parliament. He has written and directed many ad films and more than 100 documentary films, he played pivotal role in video documentation of 'Cleanest city of India' Indore under Swacch Bharat Abhiyan. He is Founder and creative head at MIDAS TOUCH ADVERTISING. As a lyricist, he penned anthems and songs like; 'Jeetega Indore' & 'punch lagayega indore' with singer Shaan, also written and directed 'Indore lagayega chhakka', indore gaurav gaan 'jay jay he indore' 'Laharyen har ghar tiranga' Indore ne mara hai chhakka' and 'Swacchata ka satwa aasman'. Devendra Malviya is also Founding Director & CEO at VISUAL BIRDS STUDIO Mumbai . Visual birds did VFX of more than 50 Bollywood movies like Article-15, Thappad, Tanhaji, Mission Mangal, Bypass Road, Pagalpanti, ANEK, Kutte, Tu jhoothi Mai Makkar, Bheed with web series like Boss, Bhaukal, Familyman and grahan are to name a few. Devendra Malviya is married to Ashu Malviya in 2010, they have two children.
