Bárbaro Xavier (Francisco Julio Xavier) is a Brazilian actor and journalist. In his career, he has participated in series, websérie, shorts and feature films. He began his career as a journalist writing opinion articles for the Observatório da Imprensa website in 2012. At the same time, he started acting in short films. His latest film (Hashtag), in which he writes the script, acts and is the executive producer, won 2 awards at the Curta Caicó Festival, in addition to the film participating in two showcases in the United Kingdom.
