Kailash Dhuriya

Born and raised in Karol Bagh, 29 January 1988, in Delhi, Kailash Dhuriya developed a passion for media and the arts at a young age. After completing his education in applied arts at the College of Art in New Delhi, he studied for a diploma in film editing at the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) in Pune. After graduation, Kailash Dhuriya started his career as a freelancer, working on various projects ranging from music videos to documentaries. He gained industry experience as a production and logistics assistant on various film sets. Also, he honed his photography skills, capturing detailed shots of temples during the Panchkoshi Yatra in Banaras. As a freelancer, Kailash Dhuriya also gained experience in content and script writing and worked on video producer n director projects for companies like JK Tyre, Max Life, Astrotalk, Extra Marks, Times of India, etc. He even edited videos for social media platforms such as Mintip. In 2020, Kailash Dhuriya joined Shubhra Ranjan IAS Pvt. Ltd. as a senior consultant editor and creative advertiser, followed by a stint at Hans Studio Delhi as a senior consultant video producer and director. He then worked as a video producer and motion graphics or video editor in the marketing creative team at Extramarks Education Pvt. Ltd. in 2022. As an independent filmmaker and artist, Kailash Dhuriya created her own content and as director, including the playback music video "Main Joganiya," the short film "Kathnik: The Story Teller," and the recently released five-episode web series "Traunted" on MX Player OTT. His versatile skill set and creativity have made him a growing talent in the industry.
