-Isabelle Beaulieu holds a doctorate in political science from the Université de Montréal, and has extensive experience in public consultation and knowledge mobilization. Over the course of her career, she has led various teams and carried out mandates for public and private organizations. Ms. Beaulieu has been involved with the Office since 2015 as an ad hoc commissioner and consultation chair. She has also worked as a trainer for elected municipal officials, civil servants and newly appointed colleagues. She has extensive international experience, having served as research director for Taylor Nelson Sofres in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and as director of the Quebec Office in Washington DC from 2012 to 2014. Added to these achievements are several years of teaching at the Université de Montréal, in 2 Montreal CEGEPs and the creation of a course at the TÉLUQ. Isabelle Beaulieu takes an active interest in the production of didactic communication tools for a variety of audiences, as well as in the civic, political and social participation of groups at risk of exclusion. She was a member of the Conseil supérieur de la langue française du Québec from 2002 to 2007.
