Ekaterina Konovalova is a Russian TV presenter. Born into a family of architects. Her father often traveled abroad and designed embassy buildings. From business trips he brought various wooden products, among them masks from Burma, Ethiopia, and South Africa. This father's hobby later became Ekaterina's hobby. During her school years, Ekaterina was involved in rhythmic gymnastics and tennis. She also studied at an art school. Together with her father she went to the open air, where they painted pictures together. After graduating from school, she entered the Moscow Architectural Institute. After graduating from TV presenter courses, Konovalova received an offer to work as a correspondent in the sports editorial office of the Rossiya TV channel. Since 1999, she worked as the host of the Vesti-Sport program, and later in the Vesti-Moscow program on the Rossiya channel.
