Bikram Joshi

Bikram Joshi also known as Bikram Das Joshi and Bikkie, is a Nepalese actor, film maker and entrepreneur, he was born on the 10th October in Kathmandu, Nepal. He attended school at "Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute" in Kathmandu in Nepal and completed his graduation from "Symbiosis Institute" in Pune, now known as "Symbiosis International University, Pune " in India. In March 1998 he came to the UK to complete his higher education. In his initial days of struggle in London, he did various jobs such as, a kitchen porter, waiter, Bartender, restaurant manager , server in MacDonalds, and a Manager at William Hills.In due course, he obtained office work. He has profound interest in arts and drama since school and had written, directed and produced drama while in school, he had also done some modelling in Pune, India while doing graduation. Before entering into films had appeared in Nepalese music videos, sung and directed by well known singers such as Deep Shrestha and Milan Chams. At this time, Milan Chams saw potential in Bikram and requested for him to debut as an actor in his upcoming Nepalese feature movie "Happy Days", alongside Priyanka Karki and Dayahang Rai. Happy Days was one of the first Nepalese movies to be fully shot in the UK. His performance and screen presence in Happy Days was widely appreciated, and he was nominated for debut male actor in many awards and was awarded the "Global Nepali Film Special Award 2018" in Denver, Colorado USA. Since then he has completed the film "Password". Where he has acted alongside Anoop Bikram Sahi, Budhi Tamang to name a few. The movie "Password" has been much talked about in the Nepali film industry, due to the special dance appearance by Bollywood Superstar Sunny Leone with Bikram. The song in which Sunny Leone and Bikram are dancing is one of the movies main attractions, and has been choreographed by the renowned Bollywood Choreographer Vishnu Deva, who is most famously known for his choreography in Bollywood movies such as "Goliyon Ki Rasleela", "Dabangg 2", "Rowdy Rathore" to name a few. Currently Bikram is working on the awaited Nepalese Movie called "Hello Jindagi" which is being directed by the Veteran Director Mr Everest Surya Bohara. Bikram has co written the script of "Hello Jindagi" alongside Everest Surya Bohara and Abhimanyu. Bikram is married and have two children.They currently live in London, but travel to Nepal very frequently. Bikram's forthcoming films are ID No 8848, Ohh Priya, Khukhuriman, Geet, Angel, and Kaidi ko patra.
