Mama Googa

Tia Sinclair is a producer and director based in New Jersey and has worked on films such as How To Start A Small Business and Kool TV. She is the wife of Ronald Bell, musician and founding member of Kool and the Gang, and has been the business and artist manager for the group since 1996. She is also the sister of producer Bill Perkins and writer Grantlin Perkins.
