Rob Beeston is a Canadian actor known primarily for local stage and community theatre in and around Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Rob began acting with the St. Albert Children's Theatre, a local community group for kids in his home town, which has produced a number of notable Canadian names in writing, directing, and acting over the past 40 years. After taking a long hiatus to raise his family with wife Donna, Rob returned to the stage in 2017, and began to branch out into small screen roles with "One Minute to Prove Yourself" in 2018 and "Marionette Man" under the pseudonym "Rob Christopher". Rob went on to star in the 2019 Edmonton Fringe Festival production of "Where Heroes Lie", playing an old soldier returning to the graves of his WW2 compatriots to pay his respects - and share a secret. Following the stage shutdown due to COVID-19 in 2020, Rob continued his film and TV endeavours, landing a role as Detective Phil Kent in the upcoming sequel to the 2021 movie release "Spearphishing".
