Maurin Penn

Maurin Penn is a singer-songwriter, dancer, and actor. He was born in Westerly, Rhode Island on January 22, 1992 and spent the majority of his childhood in New London, Connecticut. He was raised along with his sister Yazmean Williams by his mother Shauna Penn and grandmother Zenobia Penn. Maurin composed his first song and discovered his love for singing at seven years old. At age sixteen as a high school student, he landed a chance to be on stage where he began honing his dancing and acting skills. Maurin followed his passion for acting by majoring in theatre at Northwest Mississippi Community College. He has performed on multiple stages in Memphis, Tennessee and Columbus, Ohio. Maurin is happily married to his wife Jessica with whom he shares a son named Elliot.
