Manuel Koch (14 October 1994, Silandro, BZ, Italy) is active since 2009 as author and director for projects promoted by the Province of Bolzano and other local institutions. "Il Dominio della Lacrima" (also known as "Lacrymosa" in the international version) is his first feature film produced by IGELfilm and with a very small budget.
