Wil Russoul

Wil Russoul is a singer-songwriter, guitarist, recording producer and Chief Visionary Officer in his work with governments seeking creative solutions. Russoul is a Seattle born descendant of the San Inocencio (interpretation; Saint Innocence) family from Puerto Rico. Russoul grew up mostly deaf till age 15 when a doctor in Florida discovered and resolved the problem. Russoul then traded his bike for a guitar and has never looked back. When asked about his music pursuits Russoul often responds the he is "In Constant Rehearsal" and that he rather be known for using his artistic ability to impact rather than entertain. Russoul's background is full of creative projects including founding non-profits linked to Art & Music, establishing concert clubs and venues, creating youth programs and scholarships centered around music. From event management to creating music & art districts Russoul finds time to help new artists and connect others in pursing their next step
