Veronika Polovko, professionally known as Nika Finch, is a Hollywood-based film producer. Her career started in 2009 in Ukraine where she was specifically invited by Savik Shuster Studio to be a producer on the African Passion project, the exclusive broadcasters of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and the Olympic Passion project that broadcasted the 2012 Summer Olympics. Before transitioning to film, Finch worked in the music industry. Alongside her friend and business partner, Don Grierson (the former A&R Manager of Sony Music, Capitol Records, best known for receiving the Golden Apple Award from The Beatles, as well as signing Celine Dion to her first US recording contract), she co-founded the company Younk - the first community record label based on blockchain technology. Since relocating to the United States, Finch has produced many music videos, short films, and corporate projects for companies including Apple, JP Morgan, 23andMe, and has worked alongside many influential people including President Joe Biden. In 2020, Finch co-founded Opulence; a company that supports independent filmmakers and acts as a bridge between them and big studio professionals who know the secrets to success in the film industry, helping unite these filmmakers with big league Hollywood experts in order to make projects financially successful and ensure they are made to the highest industry standards. These projects specifically promote the wellbeing of the environment and teach vital lessons for a better society. Finch is passionate about helping to improve mindsets toward humankind and the planet and bringing about world change, which is why most of her current projects have environmental topics. Her deep knowledge of the film business in different markets, hard work, talent, and pristine reputation have garnered trusted worldwide connections. Finch primarily works with film financing and conducts her business internationally.
