Travis Good was born in Rochester, Indiana to Marvin Good, a butcher and to Rena Gaumer, a nurse. He was raised on a corn farm until his parents divorced when he was five years old. His mother remarried and he and his older sister, RaShawne along with their mother moved to Lafayette, Indiana where he spent most of his childhood. On the weekends he and his sister would go to the family farm to be with their dad. Travis remained in Lafayette until his high school years where they moved to Linden, Indiana and he attended North Montgomery High School. After school Travis joined the Indiana Army National Guard as a 92G (Cook) and later became a 13F (Forward Observer). He spent three and half years there and decided to go active duty military, where he joined the U.S.Air Force as a 3POx1 (Security Forces). He spent 12 years active as a military law enforcement officer and was deployed four times.
