Michael Asmar

Born in Beirut, Lebanon in 1996, Michael Asmar is a young freelance Lebanese film director, known for his short movie Naseem which he directed in 2017. At the age of 21, he wrote and directed his first TV commercial for a newborn international film festival in Lebanon. He participated in several film festivals around the world such as Los Angeles CineFest (USA), Cannes Short Film Corner (France), Festival du Cinéma des Jeunes de Meknès (Morocco), Lebanese Independent Film Festival (Lebanon) Sharm El-Sheikh Film Festival (Egypt), Elia Short Films Festival (Palestine) and many more.
