Vahid Davoodi Pooya

Vahid Davoodi Pooya born on 12th September 1977. He has educated in chemical engineering and graduated on 1998 in Iran. His tendency to the cinema begun after he played a role in the television film "Dar Bastare Aab" directed by Abbas Tahvildari in IRIB (Iran national TV) on 1989. Then he used to write and direct a dramas when he studied in the high school. When he graduated from the university, He entered to business and started his own firm. Many years later he followed his passion and entered to film school in Iran. He has graduated in Directing of Cinema from Tehran "Youth cinematographers" film school on 2017. He has also studied MA of Arts in Lucerne university, Switzerland. He produced and directed few short films. "Kermchaleh" or wormhole is his last short film.
