Edna Palacious

Edna Palacios AKA EP DaConnect or "EP" Edna was born and raised in Houston Texas. She is a proud mother of 3 children a son and two daughters. Her passion for music leads her to dancing at the early age of 4 forming a dance group with her best friend Karla, performing at school events and talent shows. She then joined the school choir in elementary school adding on to her love for music. She started her modeling career at the age of 14, doing shows and events for and with Talents' International. She took dance classes with Solange Knowles in a local dance theatre in Hiram Clarke. Later, her modeling career was cut short due to a car accident only allowing her to do commercial print. This actually was a 'blessing in disguise' because the owner of Talents' International, BonJelle Saval, took her under her wing and taught her how to become a talent scout and learn the back end of the industry. Edna became a young mother at the age of 19, and choose to the be a mother putting everything aside for her children. She lived life and got into a bit of trouble with the law and still pushing forward. Years passed and Edna got a blessing from "Tootie" one of the owners of The Core94, a raising internet radio station offered her an opportunity to have her own show. Thus "EP DaConnect" was born. The show took off running having a very successful for 2 years having a grand list of Artists on the show From Lil Flip, ESG, DatBoiT, Propaine, Dough Beezy, Beat King, Marcus ManChiild, Chris Ward, Yung Red, Surreal, CStone "Breadwinners Music Group", LaRyss, Mr. Wiredup, and Many Many More. She has multiple cameos in music videos, due to her musical relationships thru out the years. She went off on her own to have her own interactive interview show and had a smaller run with just 3 episodes 2 of them with Jay Jones of the Money Train off of Mike Jones label and Tricky Jones and another with Just Brittany prior artist of Cash Money and winner of Rick Ross' "Signed" making her the first lady of MMG and "Love and Hip-Hop". EP took break from radio and was cast-ed in a drama series in Houston "VI" landing the role of "Chief Ortiz" and now is in a Dominique Leonard Entertainment play "Christmas is Tomorrow" as "Melissa". "The journey continues, as does life experience for EP, with lots of Faith and the grace of God, may all things be with purpose."
